Semantic search
A drop-in replacement or augment for your existing site search, built on embeddings of your actual content. It understands intent, not just keywords — and it tells you why each result matched.
Service — Website Intelligence s/02
We layer AI capabilities on top of your existing website — semantic search, an assistant that knows your products, personalization that adapts to each visitor — without rebuilding the site, the CMS, or the SEO.
A drop-in replacement or augment for your existing site search, built on embeddings of your actual content. It understands intent, not just keywords — and it tells you why each result matched.
An assistant that has read your entire catalog or documentation, answers visitor questions grounded in your content, qualifies leads, and hands off to a human when it should.
Content blocks that respond to visitor context — referrer, geography, session history — without dark patterns and without tracking what you shouldn't.
Retrieval-augmented generation grounded in your content, so the AI cannot hallucinate products you don't sell or features you haven't shipped.
We work with your existing CMS — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful, or custom — and your existing frontend. We don't migrate you.
Website Intelligence is the implementation side of the engagement ladder. The ladder itself is the same for every service we run:
We review your site or repo and send a 1-page report with 3–5 AI integration opportunities specific to Website Intelligence. 2 business days. $0.
One week deep-dive. 10–15 page prioritized roadmap with estimates, risks, and an implementation plan. Credited against the project if we work together.
Scoped work, fixed price, clear deliverable. Most Website Intelligence projects land between $6K and $15K.
These are examples, not rails. We pick tools per engagement based on what already lives in your stack — we don't force a preferred tech on you.
Most do. That's why we rarely lead with chat. Semantic search, adaptive content, and AI-qualified lead capture are usually a better first bet. Chat only works when the assistant actually knows something the visitor can't find.
RAG grounding. The AI can only answer from your actual content, and every response is traceable to its source. If it doesn't know, it says so.
No. The AI layer is async or edge-run, so the page paints normally and AI responses stream in when ready. Core Web Vitals don't regress.
Almost never migrate. We've layered AI on top of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful, and several custom CMSes. Migration would be Legacy Revival territory, not this.
We process visitor queries and only the content you've already made public. We don't train on visitor data. For EU traffic we support Consent Mode and can route inference through your region. Full data flow is documented in the Audit.
Conversion lift, search success rate, assistant handoff rate, time-to-answer. We set the baseline before shipping and track weekly after.
Two business days. No strings. A 1-page report with 3–5 AI integration opportunities specific to your situation.
